Delivery Costs.

Many items are supplied postage free!

We do not try to make a profit on postage costs.

As a rough guide other items will be:

up to 5kg  £2.95

5kg to 10kg £7.95

10kg plus £15.00 

Some items are £10.00 - including overnight courier service - we use CELTIC COURIERS - part of the APC Group.

A precise costing for your item is calculated as part of the ordering process and is shown before you finally place your order. This is because we need to know where the parcel is going before knowing exactly how much we will be charged to get the package to your door. We do not profiteer on postage like many of our competitors do.

Very large or general oversize items such as Generators, Motormovers and  Canopies etc, will be sent by courier at extra cost.

We always aim to deliver your order in the quickest possible time. Whilst our stock on our shelves closely mirrors that as displayed in our online listings there will, on occasions, be variations to that in our published stock count. This fluctuation in stock is due to our company, Vanplus Leisure Ltd, selling through many different media both online and through our retail store, meaning seasonal variances or small delays may occur. We ask for your understanding in this matter and allow for this when you are placing your order. We always strive to ensure that your goods arrive with you in the time allowances specified in the item listing.

We sell hundreds of items every week and may, on occasion, have to wait for inward deliveries or our back orders to be delivered to us before we despatch. Due to the levels of our sales and the availability of replacement stock, we reserve the right to either cancel the sale & refund you OR give you the expected waiting time. In these situations there may be an alternative product that we feel might be of interest to you and you will be offered this also.

It is always worth remembering that the Royal Mail and the couriers that we use do not usually operate during weekends and bank holidays (unless Saturday delivery has been expressly paid for). Couriers do not usually specify exact delivery times but do give an expected timeframe. E.g. Next day delivery before 4pm

Any item may be subject to minor specification changes or improvements made to them by the manufacturers. This would result in the item you receive may slightly vary from the description of that item.

If you feel that you need to return an item then you are responsible for the cost of return, just as you would if you needed to return a purchase made on the high street to the shop you originally bought it from - they wouldn’t collect it from you. This does not affect your statutory rights. It is usual in these situations for a 20% return handling fee to be applied although each case is assessed on its individual merits. Unwanted items must reach us in re-saleable condition with all original packaging undamaged or we will be unable to complete a full refund. Under no circumstances must you return items to us unless you have been given a valid returns reference. Please ensure that you keep any proof of posting until your case has been resolved.
